§ Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

  • Legal Basis (EU GDPR): The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

  • Lawfulness (Swiss DPA): Processing is carried out lawfully, in good faith, and according to the principle of proportionality.

  • Storage Period: The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies [e-recht24.de]. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular tax or commercial retention periods (e.g., under Swiss Code of Obligations or EU commercial laws) – remain unaffected.

  • Your Rights (Data Subject Rights): You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of this data, as well as the right to data portability.

§ Registration for Events

If you register for an event via a form on our website, the data you enter will be processed exclusively for the purpose of organizing, conducting, managing, and following up on the respective event.

  • Legal Basis: The processing of your data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the participation contract resulting from the registration or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

  • Data Transfer: Your data will only be passed on to third parties (e.g., to the local event venue in the EU, speakers, or external organizers) if this is strictly necessary for the execution and organization of the event. A transfer for advertising purposes does not take place.

  • Storage Period: The data collected for event management will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose. Please note that in the case of fee-based offers or due to commercial and tax regulations, we may be obliged to retain certain booking data and receipts for up to 10 years (e.g., Art. 957ff Swiss CO).

§ Cross-Border Data Transfers

We process data globally. By using integrated third-party tools (such as YouTube), data is transferred to the United States (USA).

  • For users in the EU and Switzerland, this transfer is legitimized by the adequacy decisions of the EU Commission and the Swiss Federal Council under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). As a safeguard, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with these US-based service providers.
